Traditional Markets Our traditional markets have been bringing visitors to our town centres for up to 700 years. Located at Stockton, Billingham and Thornaby, you’ll be sure to find what you’re looking for all year round.

Stockton Town Centre Market As part of the Town Centre transformation the iconic 700 year old traditional market has now been relocated to its new home in the heart of the town.  Centrally located with a great atmosphere and bustling stalls this traditional market is one not to be missed – every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

Thornaby Market Thornaby Market is located in the heart of Thornaby Town Centre and is open every Thursday all year round. With stalls running from Lidl to Yorkshire Bank, offering a variety of items from baby clothing, household and domestic products to eggs, fish, meat, fruit and veg. There are also stalls selling bags and luggage, DVDs, flowers and plants, watches and batteries, and ladies clothing.  The market is set out a very neat and tidy new Town centre with 2 hours free parking.  

 

Billingham Market Billingham Market comes to town every Monday and Friday all year round and is located in the heart of Billingham’s newly regenerated Town Centre. Stalls run from the bandstand along to Asda and shoppers can come and choose from a wide variety of goods.  Stalls include cards and accessories, fruit and veg, discount food outlet, women’s clothing, baby clothing and watches, batteries and e-cigarettes. There are also catering outlets where shoppers can sit down and relax and enjoy a cup of tea and there is also free parking all around the Town Centre.
