Teesside Park is a retail superstore and leisure development in Stockton-on-Tees, built in 1988. Located just off the A66 near the A66/A19 interchange, it is split between the authorities of Stockton-on-Tees (retail park) and Middlesbrough (leisure park) with the line of the Old River Tees, which runs down the middle of the development, forming the boundary between the two authorities.

Teesside Retail Park IS at the Junction of the A19 & the A66, approximately half way between Middlesbrough and Stockton.
If you are travelling by car from Middlesbrough centre, take the A66 for Stockton and Darlington. After the junction with the Newport roundabout, carry straight on, passing the A19 turn-offs. You will pass the large Showcase Cinema Teesside tower on your left hand side which is located at the end of the cinema car park. Take the next exit signposted (Teesside Park/Tees Barrage) and keep to the left.
If you are travelling from Stockton town centre along the A66, you will come to a sign indicating the Tees Barrage/Canoe course on your left. Take this exit but turn right and take the bridge over the A66 into Teesside Park.
If travelling from Teesdale and the University of Durham Stockton Campus, head towards the Barrage and turn right to go on the bridge over the railway tracks. Carry straight on over the A66 to reach Teesside Park.
If you are travelling north along the A19, you will pass the rear of Teesside Park on your left hand side. Take the next exit on the left to join the A66 then pass the Showcase Cinema Teesside tower on your left.
