Ready to take on a fun and friendly recreational challenge?

Then have a go at the Stockton Velo29-Altura Endeavour Sportive. With a “Tour de France” style start, riders will be escorted out of Stockton, on closed roads, across the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors.
Choose one of four scenic routes:

Easy, flat route - 32m.
Challenge route with hills - 32m.

Any bikes suitable for shorter distances.

Varied route - 62m.
Endurance route – 90m. (route includes the 33% infamous Rosedale Chimney!)

Sunday 7 July Family Festival Day / Racing -
A great day out - exciting elite races to watch , family fun cycle through Stockton and fantastic interactive activities to join in .

SUBSEQUENT ROAD CLOSURES IN STOCKTON

Due to the Stockton Cycling Festival there will be a number of road closures and diversions. Road closures on the Teesdale site,Durham UNI, on Sunday, 7th July will affect the vicinity of Queen’s Campus, preventing access for a short period and the X1 bus route will also be affected by the diversions.

Family Festival Day / Racing | Sunday 7 July

Come along to an action packed day with exciting races to watch , FREE family fun cycle plus fantastic interactive activities to join in .

Watch in awe as pro cyclists compete in the Stockton Velo29 - Altura Grand Prix , or bring your family along for Skyride Stockton - a fantastic participation ride on traffic free routes.

Park up your bikes and visit our interactive participation area . There's something for all the family - test your skills , trial some stunts and enjoy stunning displays .
